Guidelines for Cost Report Submission

Guidelines for List of Fabricated and Prefabricated Parts Report Submission.
 
The cost report format is attached to this mail, which contains two sheets and the guidelines to fill both the sheets are given below
  1. Sheet 1(COST SUMMARY):
  • You have to fill the rows 1-5 with your details.
  • From row 9 till row 16 you have to fill the cost of each given department in column ‘D’, ‘E’, ‘F’, ‘G’ and their total in column ‘H’. The cost should be in dollars.
  • Row 18 will show you the total cost for different columns.
       2. Sheet 2(BOM): 
  • You have to fill the rows 1-5 with your details.
  • Row 8 to 130 have different commodities with the respective Assemblies and components for whom you may write an optional description if column ‘E’.
  • Column ‘F’ and ‘G’ should be filled for their respective assemblies and components, the values should be in Dollars.
  • Columns ‘H’, ‘I’, ‘J’ and ‘K’ should be filled for the components
  • Column ‘L’ will give the total amount of any particular assembly or component.
  • M1(cell) will give the total cost of the vehicle.
You don’t have to make any change in the template, fill the template properly and mail it to ffs@fmae.in

NOTE: Last date for submission is 2nd September 2017.
